Teresa is the head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG at Arcano Partners. Previously, she worked at Johnson&Johnson as the CSR coordinator. Previously, Teresa worked at Fundación Codespa carrying out projects and consulting work in the field of microfinance, local economic development and social performance and impact for different governments and multilateral organizations, in addition, she promoted the creation of the Business Observatory for Inclusive Growth. Teresa began her career at Arcano and worked for four years as a member of the Private Equity investment team. Teresa has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and a Master's degree in International Cooperation for Development.
