Bachelor's degree in Economics from Carlos III University of Madrid and a Master's degree in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University. In 2012, he joined the Senior Corps of Commercial Technicians and State Economists. He has held the position of Deputy Director General of External Debt Management and International Financing. He has been a member of the Executive Committees of FIEX and FONPYME, the Technical Investment Committee of FONREC, FONPRODE, and FIEM, and the Risk Committee of CESCE, as well as a board member of CESCE.
