Clara Navarro is co-founder and CEO of the Ship2B Foundation, dedicated to accelerating the impact economy by working with impact start-ups, investors, foundations and businesses. She works to transform the way decisions are made in companies and investment, in order to optimize profitability-risk-impact, and is firmly convinced that companies can help solve the greatest social challenges through profitable business models. She is part of the several business and non-profit boards such as the AEF (Spanish Association of Foundations), Board of Directors of Aguas de Barcelona, and Advisory Committee of España Nación Emprendedora. Clara began her career as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in Madrid and London, later specializing in sustainable economics and climate change. Since 2010, she has taught and researched social entrepreneurship at ESADE, at the Universittà Bocconi in Milan and at the University of Barcelona. She has a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE, a Master's in International Management (MIM) from CEMS, and a Master's in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics. In 2019 she was awarded the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the FIDEM Foundation.
